Part A – Information

We were working on the launch of The Silkie this week which has filled every waking moment to get everything done. It’s exciting, nerve racking and game changing for us so we will be giving it our all, just hope we have enough whiskey.

We presented the plans for the distillery completely and answered questions as they arose. The presentation of the plans seemed to go pretty well, I covered off the plans overall and Oliver highlighted the benefits to Dingle of his distillery and some of the risks and how they are mitigated. Good attendance and we were able to share the plans answer questions and demonstrate our commitment to openness. Notable that the most of the naysayers didn’t take up the opportunity to listen and challenge openly, didn’t even show. Perhaps that’s why trying to get a good handle on who is making decisions, what the concerns really are, and why everything is so convoluted is so difficult.

That would form a book in itself.
